Introduction

This application form is for the Regional Drought Relief Round, an additional round of the Active Club Program (ACP).

Objectives

The objective of the ACP is to provide funding support to active recreation, sport and recreational fishing clubs to further develop the programs and services they provide within the South Australian community.

The ACP Regional Drought Relief Round will provide funding assistance to regional and greater metropolitan sport and active recreation clubs across South Australia impacted by drought.

The additional round will play a crucial role in ensuring that drought affected communities can access quality active recreation and sport initiatives with the aim of delivering valuable social, health, and lifestyle benefits.

The funding is designed to help cover the costs associated with essential services that enable  participation and help clubs provide accessible and affordable opportunities for community members to stay active.

Please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed the eligibility criteria outlined in the guidelines which are located on the ORSR website before proceeding with your application.

Legal name of organisation

Please ensure you enter the name how it appears according to the ASIC Registers website: https://connectonline.asic.gov.au/RegistrySearch/faces/landing/SearchRegisters.jspx?_adf.ctrl-state=ijte80jlp_4.

Please write 'Incorporated' and not 'Inc.'. You must be Incorporated under the Associations Incorporations Act 1985 (SA) to be eligible for this program. 

Please ensure your organisation name is entered as it appears on your Certificate of Incorporation. If you are unsure, please search for your organisation name under the "Organisation & Business Names" drop down option on the Search ASIC Registers website.

Gaming Machine Licence eligibility check

Membership and Organisation type eligibility check (Not Applicable)

Membership number to include all PAID memberships as well as associate, social, life memberships etc.

Please note you may be required to provide evidence of your membership numbers.

Can only be a not-for-profit active recreation or sport club or community organisation whose purpose is the delivery of active recreation or sport programs and services in South Australia; or a not-for-profit recreational fishing club whose purpose is the delivery of recreation programs and services in South Australia.

Please attach most recent 12 month Statement of Financial Performance (Income and Expenditure Statement) and/or Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet).

Failure to provide this information correctly may result in your application being deemed ineligible.
